Marriage/Divorce Registration

Navigating marriage or divorce registration in Thailand? I've helped many couples register their marriage and (fortunately few) register their divorce. Some Amphurs are awkward for registering marriages even with the correct documents - I'll make sure it happens first time.

Bank Accounts

Gone are the days of waltzing into a bank on a tourist visa and getting an account - even people on Long Term visas sometimes struggle, but with my help you'll get one same day and won't have to pay those huge costs other agencies charge.

Health Insurance

Some visas require this to be in place before you are granted the visa - but it's still a good thing to have anyway to ensure you don't have any nasty surprises should the worst happen.

Tabien Baan

Another document that foreigners regularly face issues with is the Tabien Baan (literally house book), and getting registered onto it. I'll help you get it done.

ID Card / Baht Pratchachon

Issued to long-stay and Permanent Residency foreigners, the Pink ID Card, officially the "Certificate of Alien Registration" is closest equivalent a non-citizen will get to the Thai Citizen ID card. Whilst not giving any additional rights, it does make life generally easier.

Crucial for registering any vehicles, opening a bank account and many other formal/official registration processes. In the past embassies provided these - however in recent years they have stopped providing them so they must be obtained from Thai Immigration.

Car/Bike Insurance

It's no secret that Thailand's traffic and roads are notoriously dangerous - whilst I am hoping nothing happens to you, having bike or car insurance is a MUST. Legally, you must have Por Ror Bor insurance as a minimum, however any additional insurance is recommended.

Tabien Rot / Car Registration / Bike Registration

Making sure your vehicle is registered to you is vital to keep you legal on the road. It is not unknown for foreigners to not bother with this and then find themselves walking home as the Police have stopped them and seized their bike - don't leave it to chance!

Drivers Licence / Bike Licence

If you are planning on getting a vehicle here you must get a Thai license, else your insurance will not be valid. The process of transferring a license from your home country or getting a brand new license can be complicated - but not with my assistance.
